Sharon Lee De La Cruz is a prolific artist and activist from New York City. She earned a BFA from The Cooper Union, is a Fulbright scholar, and obtained her Masters at NYU’s ITP program. Sharon’s work ranges from designing a limited edition perfume bottle for Calvin Klein’s CK One Shock to interactive sculptures. She enjoys creating tools that promote accessibility in STEM education because she believes that accessible STEM education is true diversity and a human right. Sharon’s work is in the intersection of tech, art, and social justice. She currently lives in New Jersey and is the Assistant Director of The StudioLab, a creative tech lab, at Princeton University.
